  • ORDERS

    CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
    If you wish to make changes to your order, you must get in touch with us before we dispatch it. To do so, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team on +91 9899241654 or at contact@scoup.in with your order number and your request. You will need to do as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
    Our Customer Care Team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your account used to make the payment. It usually takes 10-15 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds do not apply, as the payment is not yet made.

    IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?
    We have free shipping across India for all orders including prepaid orders.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?
    This depends on your location. We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location, mode of payment and product availability.


  • MODE OF PAYMENT

    A.Prepaid Orders: Once you place an order, we will try and dispatch most products the next working day itself.


    B.Cash On Delivery Orders: - We will dispatch your order the next working day after the cash on delivery order is confirmed.


  • RETURNS

    HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
    Most of our items can be returned/exchanged for a credit voucher that can be used by you on your next order within 30 days. Please note the returned products will be inspected by us once we receive them to make sure they are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.


    WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY?
    You will get the amount you spent, credited back into your account.Please call our customer care team for assistance.


    WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE /WRONG PRODUCT?
    We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at contact@scoup.in and we will take care of the rest.


    DO YOU HAVE A REVERSE PICKUP SERVICE ?
    Yes, we have a free reverse-pickup service. We will arrange for a representative of the courier company to pick up the product from you in 3-5 working days. Please keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it with all the tags and original packing intact and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number. In case your pincode is not serviceable by our team, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own cost and we will reimburse the courier cost to your account.

    WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
    It will take 8-10 working days for you to receive a replacement or refund amount.

    WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
    We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.
    a. Online Payment via Credit or Debit We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards.
    b. Cash on Delivery (COD) You can make the payment once the product reaches you.


    DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
    Yes we do, however this is applicable only in India for selected pincodes


    HOW DOES CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) WORK?
    When you place a cash on delivery order, you will receive a confirmation call before dispatch. Only once the order is confirmed we will dispatch the same.


    Please note : If we don't hear from you 7 DAYS after you have placed your order, the order will be cancelled. We won't be dispatching the order unless it is confirmed nor will we block stock for it.


  • HELP WITH SIZING

    Our small size across most styles measures 36 inches at the chest. The grading in between sizes is 2” plus or 2” minus. As these garments are ready to fit there is no extra margin for alteration but they can be altered to smaller size. Size and fits can vary style to style so for exact information please refer to the size chart of each style. Measurement given in size chart are of garments not body measurement.
