Returns

For India:

• Contact our seller support or mail us to raise a return request. Return or exchange can be done within 15 days of delivery.
• For all the returned orders customer can opt for either refund of money or store credit which can be used for next one year.
• Refund for prepaid orders shall be done to the original mode of payment, for COD orders customer needs to provide bank details to get the amount back.
• In case of return & refund, COD charges shall not be refunded.
• Refund of money will be initiated after the returned product is delivered back to us and may take upto 8-10 working days to credit in the customer account once initiated 

For all other countries:

• There is no product return option available, but in case of damaged product is received contact seller support for proper settlement.
