We accept Returns & Exchange for most of the products, check the product detail page for product-specific Return & exchange policies.
Most of the Hand made/Hand Embroidered/Embellished & Made to order products are not covered under "7 Days Return & Exchange Policy"
Contact our seller support or mail us to raise a return request. Return or exchange can be done within 7 days of delivery.
For all returned orders, customers can opt for either a refund of money or store credit, which can be used for the next year.
Refund for prepaid orders shall be done to the original mode of payment, for COD orders customer needs to provide bank details to get the amount back.
In case of return & refund, COD charges shall not be refunded.
In case of exchange request, after receiving the exchanged product, if a return is requested by customer, then the customer needs to pay for both sides courier costs.
Refund of money will be initiated after the returned product is delivered back to us and may take up to 8-10 working days to credit in the customer account once initiated
For all other countries:
There is no product return option available, but in case of damaged product is received contact seller support for proper settlement.
